Testimonials
Daniel Baker, CEO FlightAware
Ashley Lawless served as my Executive Assistant at FlightAware from 2013 to 2021. During that time, she was instrumental in the growth of the company from a small Houston software company to a global, middle-market business.
During her tenure at FlightAware, her role was wide-ranging and extended beyond a normal Executive Assistant; she was responsible for trade shows, real estate build-out, office management, event planning, global travel, and a plethora of initiatives necessary for rapid business growth. Additionally, she was involved in recruiting, on-boarding, company culture, and serving as a resource for employees around the world. The role grew with the scale of the company and she was always excited to take on new challenges.
Ashley is bright, hard working, honest, and articulate. I recommend her for any job she is applying for that leverages those important traits as well as her her broad experience.
Jake Thompson, Area Manager Pawn One
In the past year and a half I have had the benefit of having Ashley Guinard work for me at Pawn 1 Inc. From day one her enthusiasm and love, for people and hard work showed through. Never shy with any customer or co-worker, and never stands still when there is something to be done. She took on supervising others quickly and was always the first one to show up, and the last one to leave, without being asked to do so. Ashley understands professionalism and punctuality, and standing by her word means something very important to her.
Ashley accomplished a lot for us here in that short amount of time. I have no doubt in my mind, as does she, that she can do anything she sets her mind to. She is smart enough as it is, but she craves any education she can get her hands on. If you can teach it she will learn it and retain it the first time.
She is a dedicated aunt, sister, and daughter and an honest positive part of society. She takes responsibility for her actions and mistakes and can see the positive lesson in everything. I have watched her positive attitude infect all those around her. She will always have a spot among my staff should she so choose to. I count myself lucky to have called her a co-worker, and friend.
It would do any place of business a lot of good to have Ashley be a part of their staff.
